Making it easier to take part
Everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy being active on the water, whatever their background, ability or circumstances. We work with schools, families and community partners to understand what prevents people from taking part and find ways to make activities more accessible.
Through our centres and wider network, we create inclusive opportunities for people to discover sailing and watersports in ways that work for them. Our aim is to help people take that first step, find activities they enjoy and feel able to keep coming back.
Our active participation programmes & partnerships
Our work in active participation
Our programmes and partnerships create opportunities for people with different backgrounds, abilities and support needs to get active. Working through schools, community groups and local organisations, we connect people with activities that support wellbeing and encourage regular participation.
