Performance Academy Head Youth Coach

We’re looking for a dedicated Youth Head Coach to provide leadership across our expanding youth programmes, allowing us to continue delivering outstanding coaching while creating greater capacity across the wider Performance Academy.

This is more than a coaching role. It’s an opportunity to lead programmes, influence athlete development and play a key role in shaping the future of one of the UK’s leading performance sailing environments.
