The Performance Academy is a continuation of the brilliant work that the Andrew Simpson Foundation and our not-for-profit Centre’s achieved, creating a pathway of support and opportunities from entry level sailor through to elite athlete.
With access to world-class coaching, structured development plans, and competition support, the Academy provides a platform for talented young sailors to thrive in national and international arenas. Rooted in ASF’s holistic approach, the Academy not only builds sporting excellence but also focuses on character, mental resilience, and leadership, empowering athletes to succeed both on and off the water.
