Magenta Foiling Team is an all-female team focused on breaking down barriers and empowering more women to participate in foiling and high-performance sailing. Through workshops, clinics, and outreach initiatives around the world, Magenta Foiling Team is inspiring the next generation of female sailors to take on new challenges and push the limits of what they can achieve on the water.

The Andrew Simpson Performance Academy has partnered with the Magenta Foiling Team to introduce more women to the exciting world of foiling. Together, they are working to create new, accessible opportunities for women to experience high-performance sailing and build skills that can take them further in the sport and beyond.

This partnership focuses on increasing female participation in foiling, a fast-growing, high-adrenaline area of sailing that has historically seen low representation from women. By offering targeted training clinics and subsidised opportunities, the partnership aims to break down barriers, build confidence, and provide a supportive environment for women to develop new technical and performance skills. It’s about inspiring more women to see foiling and advanced sailing as achievable and accessible pathways.
