We’re looking for a passionate and organised Community Outreach Coordinator to help deliver Greenwich Hospital funded programmes and support our wider outreach work across the Andrew Simpson Foundation Group:

Community Outreach Coordinator

Contract: Full-time, 3-year fixed term (Nov 2025 – Aug 2028)

You’ll be the first point of contact for the Swim Free programme – coordinating bookings, responding to enquiries, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for families. You’ll also connect with schools, youth groups, community organisations, and local businesses to raise awareness and drive participation in available programmes across the Andrew Simpson Foundation Group.

• Proactively engage with local communities, school & youth groups, partner charities, and Royal Navy families

• Build relationships with a variety of beneficiaries and stakeholders

• Support outreach events and community engagement activities

What we’re looking for

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities

• Confident with the Microsoft Office Suite

• Understanding of (or interest in) watersports and/or the Royal Navy community

• Full UK driving licence required
